Objective: To explore the effect of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels on methylation and expression thrombomodulin (TM) gene in patients with retinal vein occlusion (RVO).Methods: 11 cases who were diagnosed as RVO Department Ophthalmology Baogang Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 included this research. healthy people came our physical examination center for during same period into control group. Fasting cubital venous blood was collected morning, Hcy measured by means enzyme cycle assay, TM detected methylation-specificity polymerase chain reaction (MSP), correlation between characteristic changes analyzed research subjects.Results: Plasma higher group than those (p < .01). In group, primer set region basically unmethylated, while partially methylated.Conclusions: affects occurrence development through encoding gene.
